DMCA Policy
Aïd Fitr Suez respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of responding to notices of alleged infringement that are properly provided to us.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Aïd Fitr Suez website, please notify our designated copyright agent. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information when providing notice of the alleged copyright infringement:
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
- An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Aïd Fitr Suez website (e.g., URL of the specific page).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Aïd Fitr Suez to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content, which was removed or to which access was disabled, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our copyright agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Aïd Fitr Suez may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
If a counter-notice is received by the Aïd Fitr Suez Copyright Agent, Aïd Fitr Suez may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that Aïd Fitr Suez may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.
